Derrick Light Safety Cable Model DLSC-1

wpe1.jpg (2350 bytes) The Lewis Derrick Light Safety Cable is a reliable way to protect against the potential drop hazard of a derrick light.

Model Breaking Strength

DSLC-1 450 lbs.

Please read the product warnings and leave product tag attached to DLSC-1 for future reference.

1. Do not install Derrick Lights while personnel are below. Drop hazard.

2. Inspect safety cables frequently. If cables are frayed or corroded, remove from service immediately.

3. Inspect snap swivels frequently. Snaps that have malfunctioning springs, corroded hardware or distorted hardware should be removed and replaced immediately.

4. Any safety cable that has been involved in a derrick light bracket failure should be removed from service and replaced with a new unit.

5. Failure to properly install and inspect derrick light safety cables may cause severe bodily injury or even death.

6. THIS IS NOT A FALL PROTECTION DEVICE. Do not use as Fall Protection Equipment.

It is important that you read and understand all breaking strength, safety and technical data relating to all Lewis Manufacturing Company products before use.
